items only (no national ads or protracted business use.
Use of this system by anyone outside of the United States is specifically
prohibited).
- This service is intended to be used by residents
of Iowa and the surrounding area only.
- Before submitting any ad, you hereby agree to
our acceptable
use policy and agree that
you are posting accurate information which you are authorized
to post.
- We reserve the right to remove any ad at any time
for any reason.
- You agree to have your actions logged.
- No ads will be accepted for services competing with Okoboji.com. We reserve the right to remove any ads that we feel may be offensive or that otherwise violate our terms of service. Any attempts to continue to post your ads after they have been removed will be considered hacking and appropriate legal actions will be taken.
- No ads for home-based businesses will be accepted.
- >>Special Note: We have been receiving many reports of
fraudulent, emails being received by persons posting ads on Okoboji.com.
You should be aware that you can leave your email address off of your
posting if you desire to do so. If you receive any email from anyone asking you to
cash a check, or ship items to them outside the area, we suggest you use extreme caution
to determine if you have been contacted legitimately. Another idea to avoid spammers is to create a temporary
email account, and use it only for purposes of selling your items.
